Rescue & Restoring

The following terms of use apply to the videos and audio files for Rescue & Restoring - the annual subscription:

• This subscription is intended to be used by an organization — a Church or a Ministry — that wishes to run a small group discipleship program based on the Rescue & Restoring materials.

• The annual subscription permits the licensed organization to run the video series and use the audio files as many times as they wish through the course of the 1-year subscription. The subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the year, unless the Church or ministry notifies Redeemed Seasons that the subscription is to be terminated.

• The annual subscription also permits the licensed organization to make hard copies of the Contemplative Workbook or the workbook pages solely for the use of participants in the Church or Ministry’s small group offerings of Rescue & Restoring. No other copying or distribution of the Contemplative Workbook or the workbook pages is permitted.

• The annual subscription is expressly intended to be used in a small group context, where the videos and the audio files are presented or played for the entire group in a group setting. The sponsoring/leading organization may have as many participants in the setting as they would like; there is no number limit or attendance limit.

• The annual subscription also expressly permits the Church or the ministry to present the video and/or audio content in the context of a virtual small group session, whether over Zoom or any other online meeting or webinar context.

• The credentials for the annual subscription and access to the video and audio content are reserved for the group leader or leaders who will be facilitating the group experience. Redeemed Seasons expressly prohibits sharing the annual subscription credentials or giving access to the video or audio content to individual members of the small group or to individual participants. Individual access in any case is reserved for those who have a personal subscription to the Rescue & Restoring content. We have intentionally established a very low price for the personal subscription, so that individual access can be easily obtained. In fact, we even offer scholarships for individuals who cannot afford the monthly subscription cost. As a result, annual subscription holders MUST limit their use of the Rescue & Restoring video and audio content to the small group setting.

• All of the content in the videos, in the audio files, and in the Contemplative Workbook for Rescue & Restoring is copyrighted by Redeemed Seasons Ministries. None of the content herein may be copied or distributed for any purpose without the express written consent of Redeemed Seasons Ministries. Redeemed Seasons explicitly prohibits recording the presentation of the video or audio content in a Zoom meeting or other online context. Recording of the content will be grounds for immediate termination of the annual subscription.
